• Unauthorized access to or use of another person's account
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to GB 9's systems
• Registering an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents

08 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

GB 9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is breached
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• When a member requests account closure themselves
